Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Kigali to Nyungwe National Park

You will begin your journey with an early morning pickup at Kigali. After a brief safari briefing, you will be taken on a beautiful scenic drive to Nyungwe with views of rolling hills, tea plantations, and local villages—gifts of Rwandan countryside. While on the way, you could stop at the King’s Palace Museum in Nyanza to have a look at Rwanda’s royal history and at the Ethnographic Museum in Butare to savor Rwandan cultural experience.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking and Canopy Walk Experience.

Afterward, return to the lodge for lunch and short relaxation.
